It takes 1 - 6 business days for House of Bella Noelle to process your order (except for pre-order items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. The shipping time below does not include such processing time.- Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected during the checkout process.
- We offer flat-rate shipping options. The available options will be displayed at checkout, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
- Our current shipping carriers include, but are not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, & DHL.

- We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
- Please note that it may take a short period for the tracking information to be updated after your order is shipped. If you have any concerns or issues regarding tracking, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- We are not responsible for items that are either damaged or lost during transit. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we want to assist you in resolving any issues.
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, and contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- In case of lost or stolen packages, please follow the carrier's guidelines for reporting the issue and initiating a claim. For example, if you shipped with USPS, please fill out a claim at usps.com to allow them to try and locate your order as soon as possible.

Address Accuracy:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure accurate delivery.
- If you realize that you have provided the wrong address, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed, and additional fees may apply for reshipping or redirecting the package.
- Incorrect Item Receipt and Tampering
- If you happen to receive an incorrect item in your shipment, we kindly request that you refrain from unwrapping or opening it. In the event that the received item has been tampered with, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to rectify the order unless you willingly accept liability to be billed for any product that has been tampered with. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it enables us to provide the best service possible. Please note that House of Bella Noelle reserves all rights to modify and interpret the shipping policy.
