Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping costs unless the original products are defective.

Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items.

If a dispute or chargeback is opened, the processing time of refund would take up to 75 days. Kindly contact our support team at info@houseofbellanoelle.com for any questions or requests.

To be eligible for a replacement of the same item(s), your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the case that you are eligible for a replacement(s), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must come with original package and original tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

How to return my orders?

Step 1: After you've emailed us regarding your return & received approval, you will receive an email with return instructions.

Step 2: Mail back your item(s) with a courier of your choice.

Step 3: Refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive your item(s). HOBN reserves the right to decline a return that does not comply with the conditions of our return policy.

REFUND PAYMENT

Where is my refund?

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

For Gift Card payments:

The refund will be issued to your gift card account as full store credits equal to the returned item(s).

For Bank Transfer, PayPal payments, or Klarna payments:

Option 1 - Discount: keep the item(s) and get a discount for your next purchase.

Option 2 - Gift Card: keep the item(s) and get a store credit.

Option 3 - Cash: refund to the original payment account. Please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted.

Our agents will get in touch with you via email in case there are any issues related to your order, such as payment, items, or transaction security. In the event of no response from you, we will proceed with the order using the method specified in the emails.

How long will it take to get my refund?

After we receive your return parcel, we will process your refund within 5 business days and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. Please allow additional processing time for the refund, which varies by your payment method/card issuer.

Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.

Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, and personal preference changes are not a quality issue.

Damages due to use, washing, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.

Please refer to our sizing chart for decisions on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.

Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences among items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
